Our Estimates
When you call Schloesser Construction for an estimate on a siding, window, or door project, we do our best to make the estimate process simple and easy to understand. We can schedule a time to meet in person to review your project or we'll simply announce our intent to stop by and take measurements of your exterior project with or without your presence.
Once your house is measured, we will take the numbers back to the office and produce an estimate for you based on the specifications of your particular job.
We will list all of the items required to side your home, and then list numerous options such as types of siding, insulation, trim etc. and will indicate the price for all of these items. These are the installed prices including materials, labor and sales tax.
We will contact you to set up an appointment to review your estimate. Most of our customers really appreciate this as when we are describing items on your estimate we have displays of most of these here and this makes it much easier to understand what we are talking about. We will pick some items for a suggested total, however the final estimate for your job will be based on the items you choose.
